Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

The online shop on portals-and-champions.com is run by The Geeksmith CG, Kortewagenstraat 105, 8800 Roeselare, Belgium. VAT and company number: BE 1012.785.611. Email: info@portals-and-champions.com.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order a consumer places in our online shop. Game stores order on the conditions agreed with them.

3. Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as we can. All prices are in euro and include 21% VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. Obvious mistakes in prices or descriptions do not bind us.

4. Ordering

You place an order by going through the checkout and paying. The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation by email.

5. Payment

You pay online through Mollie, with Bancontact or a credit card. We ship your order once the payment has been received.

6. Delivery

We deliver in Belgium only. We usually ship within a few working days and at the latest within 30 days after your order. Living outside Belgium? Request an order and we will send you a proposal.

The risk passes to you when you, or someone you appoint, receive the parcel. Please check your parcel on delivery and tell us about any damage as soon as possible.

7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. The period starts the day after you, or someone you appoint, receive the products.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to info@portals-and-champions.com, for example with the model form below. Then return the products within 14 days after telling us, to Kortewagenstraat 105, 8800 Roeselare, Belgium. The costs of returning the products are for you.

We refund everything you paid, including the standard shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, with the same payment method. We may wait with the refund until we have received the products back or you have shown that you sent them.

You may handle the products as you would in a store to judge them. If they are worth less because you used them more than that, we may deduct that loss in value.

8. Legal guarantee

Our products come with the legal guarantee of 2 years against defects that existed at delivery. Report a defect to us as soon as possible, and at the latest within 2 months after you discovered it. We then repair or replace the product, or refund you if that is not possible.

9. Questions and complaints

Contact us at info@portals-and-champions.com; we answer within 5 working days. If we cannot find a solution together, you can turn to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be).

10. Privacy

We use your details only to handle your order. Read more in our privacy policy.

11. Applicable law

Belgian law applies. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
